Heat on low to a temperature above 165 degrees. Serve as a soup with steamed rice.
Packaged in 2 lb quarts container and contains 3 servings.
The container for the gumbo can become bridle around dry ice used to keep products frozen. If the container is cracked place the product in a pot or bowl to defrost in refrigeration.
